Order Confirmation

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This message will confirm your order has been received by our system, and your credit card was approved for purchase.

As soon as your order is received on our end, we process the order by confirming it is in stock and ready for shipment. If the items you purchased happen to be on backorder, we will reach out to you via e-mail with the choice of waiting or cancelling for a 100% refund.

Different products have their own specific shipping times, so please consult the product page for the appropriate delivery time.

Due to high demand and low supply, certain items can only be placed on back order at specific times. Please contact customer service to hear about specific items availability.

Free shipping is offered for the contiguous United States. If you'd like an order shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, please reach out to us directly to discuss requesting a shipping quote. 

For any rush shipping orders feel free to reach out to our team for rates and options. When available, we will send you a tracking number for your order. If you do not receive a tracking number to your provided email address within 4 days of your order, send us a message at info@renovationreserve.com and we will follow up with you.
