What If My Product Is Damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If for whatever reason you're unable to open the package during delivery but suspect there is damage, you should make a note of it - Write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@renovationreserve.com and we will process an immediate replacement or refund (usually within 1 business day).
