WPPO Chi-High Dome ovens are built to last and perform with hand crafted construction using fire brick, refractory cement, stainless steel and tight woven thick Fire Blanket insulation. High dome for exceptional thermal mass for heat storage and to improved temperature management. The WPPO Chi-Dome oven has over 700 square-inch cooking surface with an extra thick refractory cement deck. A thermometer built into the oven door along with adjustable air vent to maintain a good supply of air. Includes oven cart that features a bottom storage shelf and four heavy-duty wheels for easy placement.
