WPPO Neo Slim Dome ovens are built to last and perform with hand crafted construction using fire brick, refractory cement, stainless steel and tight woven thick Fire Blanket insulation. Low dome with excellent thermal mass to improved temperature management. The WPPO Neo-Dome oven has over 700 square-inch cooking surface with an extra thick refractory cement deck. A thermometer built into the oven door along with adjustable air vent to maintain a good supply of air. Includes oven cart that features a bottom storage shelf and four heavy-duty wheels for easy placement.
