M45 general description plus...This spacious oven will cook multiple dishes or pizzas to wood-fired perfection. This 40 in. oven has an electronic thermometer that accurately measures deck temperature, air temperature and includes a meat probe with a built-in electronic convection fan for consistent heat and a healthy fire. Interior size is 32 in. wide x 28" deep with a 17 in. wide x 8.5 in. high door.
